1. Our policy lasts 30 days:

—If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Application Decline or Additional Requirements:

—Should your NIE number application be declined by the Spanish authorities / National Police -through no fault of your own- you have the choice to opt for either a 100% refund or adapt your submission to meet the updated criteria. For the latter -a second submission attempt- we will not charge you extra.

3. Document Submission Stipulation:

—To be eligible for a refund, it is imperative that you furnish all necessary documents in the prescribed format -such as your legalized signature on the Power of Attorney and your inextricably/inseparable attached certified color copy passport or EU-ID- as per our initial requirements, aligning with Spanish regulations, and ensuring completeness. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the refusal of your refund request.

4. Personal Reasons:

—Should you decide to withdraw your application for personal reasons -after that we have send you your personalized Power Of Attorney format and exact instructions and/or while it is still under processing- a refund guarantee will not be applicable.

5. Bank:

—If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially deposited. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is deposited.
